Snow Day

You know what? Everyone I know is enjoying a snow day today, except me. This whole "homeschooled" thing needs to end obviously. It's snowing so hard the snow looks angry. So today I shall sit in my room and do some school, and look wistfully out the window, and do Snow Dayish Things.

Eat Leftover Valentine's Day party cookies. I intend to enjoy these all day long, and then get fat and sick, thank you.

Listen to Sufjan Stevens all day, nothing else. I've had his ten most wintry songs on repeat for the last two and a half hours, no lie.

Calvin and Hobbes. Meagan got me in a Calvin mood. There's no stopping me now. We own It's a Magical World, which is pretty much an anthology of Calvin's best snowman moments.

Watch old movies. We have Charade from Netflix, and hopefully we can finally watch it tonight! Carey Grant, marry me.

Have coffee, tea and hot chocolate all in one day. Like I said, I plan to get very fat today. I am in hibernation.

Pop Popcorn. The essential Snow Day food.

Go out into the snow for 5 minutes and then come back inside because it's cold and I'm a wimp.

Lost last night was good. Kate broke my heart in a way she's only managed to do once. I was wondering when Jin was going to look for Sun. And Jack, can it be? You are being noble, kind, and looking out for others? Well, wring me out and hang me up to dry.
Okay goodbye, off to do all the stuff I said I was going to do today.

I'm not really enjoying the snbow day either. I've just been studying--with the hope of catching up w/ LOST later. DUDE, those cookies look good!

I still have never seen a Carey Grant movie. Do you like Audrey Hepburn? I can't stand her and don't know why anyone likes her!

I don't mind her as an actress, but I don't like her as a fashion icon/inspiration, like so many girls see her as. She seems a bit braty, stuck up and cold. I bet all her Hollywood contemporaries hated her.
But I do enjoy her movies.

I like the story behind her wedding dress. Its very sweet. But i hated her in breakfast at Tiffany's. it was SOOO horrible!!!
I am sorry you are homeschooled (not really, being homeschooled is a good thing :D.)
