Eggs Benedict. For the record, I don't eat Eggs Benedict. I just like looking at it.
Western Omelet. My favorite kind of omelet, my favorite diner food. Well, after burgers.
Over Easy. The old standby.
Poached Eggs. They look like alien life forms.
Egg in the Hole. I have never perfected this dish.
Vegetable Quiche. With an Americano and some Canadian bacon? Heaven on earth.

"Um, not in the widely understood definition of the term."
I bet it's Mulder who makes Scully breakfast. Or maybe they just live on take-out. Yeah, that seems more them.

Yum. I love eggs and eat them almost every day.
Egg in the Hole seems complicated. I hate egg yolk so I've never tried it, but my brother is such a genius at it (he learned it from V for Vendetta lol).
