Favorite Movies

Here is a list of some of my favorite movies. This is not all of them, nor is it a definitive list, but it is a bunch of movies that I like.

Serenity. It's the follow-up film to Joss Whedon's incredibly short-lived Fox television show, Firefly. I've only seen a few episodes of the tv show, but Serenity works just as well as a standalone movie. It's sci-fi and mad exciting.

The Prestige. One of the coolest old-fashioned science fiction movies ever. Seriously steampunk, and the end will blow your mind! Even as an Christian Bale Hated I couldn't dislike this movie.

Pride and Prejudice 2005. Most people I know didn't care for it. But I'm not a JaneAustenite, and I didn't care much for the 1995 mini-series version of Pride and Prejudice. I think I can love this version in all it's inaccurate glory because I'm not a book purists. It's still one of the most
beautiful movies ever and it has an addictive soundtrack. Also, Matthew McFayden is hot.

Slumdog Millionaire! Coolest movie ever, for a multitude or reasons, including things like an catchy soundtrack, beautiful coloring, awesome flashbacks and adorable Dev Patel, who by the way, is my sister's future husband, in case you were wondering.

Stardust. Based on the book by Neil Gaiman, this movie deserves cult classic status! It didn't do horribly well, and isn't a great movie, but I just adore it anyway. Adorably romantic, totally steampunk, deliciously fantastical, and just full of weird, beautiful
stuff.

Casino Royale. This and it's sequel Quantum of Solace are the only Bond movies I've ever seen, but it's one of my all-time favorites. The plot is confusing and awesome, there's the perfect beating-people-to-a-pump to glamors-and-witty-banter ratio. Also, Eva Green is perfection.

Bye.

LOVE the first 3 and the last! Never saw slumdog, but want to.

And Eva Green is awesome. I LOVE the way she dresses in that movie.
